What do Selective Licensing fees cover?
All applications for a Selective License in Nottingham are online only and must be submitted by 1st August 2018. Online applications are planned to open on 1st July 2018. No email or other methods of sending documents is currently allowed. Any documents that are uploaded incorrectly incur an administration charge of £50.
All applications for a Selective License needs a DBS – Criminal Records Check in order to complete the required “Fit and Proper Persons” Check. Again, this is an online application process that costs £25 and takes 14 days if you have the required documents prepared. These applications are currently taking longer due to demand.
