Antisocial Behaviour (ASB) Policy and Reporting Form
As agents, we are required by law to have a policy regarding ASB.
This policy sets out how we manage complaints about our tenants or visitors to our properties. We take this seriously and will also advise and assist our tenants if others are causing ASB towards them.

Norman Galloway Lettings will contact you to discuss your complaint within 3 Business days. We will carry out an investigation and provide you a response within 7 days. We will then take action to resolve any issues that we find. This could include an action plan in partnership with our tenants and/or a multi-agency approach where the number one priority is to resolve the issue.
Where the matter us of an urgent nature we will act appropriately.
Where we have reason to believe that criminal activity or there are safeguarding issues taking place at the property, we are obligated by law to inform the appropriate authorities.
