Fully managed Selective Licensing Company

We are the first property management company to offer a fully managed selective licensing service in the City of Nottingham.

We are fully compliant with all the latest regulations and support any initiative that raises the standard of homes for tenants.

And we work with landlords and tenants that share our values. We take what we do very seriously and have developed a Tenant and Landlord Promise.

We are bound by the code of conduct of the Property Redress Scheme. We also have professional Liability insurance and Client Money Protect Insurance.

Our Landlord Promise

We aim to be the No 1 Agency in the City of Nottingham for Landlords worried about new legislation and Selective Licensing. Our research found that many agents did not understand the regulations and during our mystery shops we were appalled by the standard of advice. We have now developed a fully managed service option to all our landlords in the City of Nottingham.

We promise to work with you to ensure that all 37 Selective Licence conditions are complied with at all times and we will take responsibiltiy for this. And this includes providing an easily accessible 24/7 service 365 days of the year to you and your tenants.

The Selective Licensing of properties has arrived and from 30th April 2018 there will be 32,000 properties that require a licence. Many of these properties are already rented out and do not comply with current legislation. There are fines of up to £30,000 and non-compliance could mean a criminal record.  The process of applying for the Selective Licence will identify shortcomings so it is important to talk to us first.
