Floor plan requirements dropped for Selective Licensing Applicants

9th April 2018:

Nottingham City Council publishes their proposals for the Selective Licensing Scheme in Nottingham which will be decided on 17th April 2018. They drop the requirement for landlords to submit floor plans as part of the application process and increase the scheme projected costs from 21m to 25m, in addition, the staff assigned to the Selective Licensing Scheme will increase from 70 to 75.

At NGalloway we can help with your landlord licensing and have developed a range of services with landlords, tenants and property managers in mind.

We can register your Selective Licence for £75 or a HMO for £100 directly with the council.
